Norton Basin Migratory Bird Sanctuary

Doris came out and since Elaine came to visit she also went out with us for a little bit. She filled a bag and got to see a catterpillar for her troubles. I tied up some of the overhanging bushes, and made an attempt to resurrect the flattened Golden rods. Must have been some fight. The area was still kind of messy, eventhough two weeks ago we had the beach cleanup. Pulled a lot of Mugwort. We worked about two hours, and gathered a lot of big metal pieces.
